Brandon, 31, works at the family machine shop HAGE Tool and Machine Inc. Brandon also runs his own company H8eraide High Performance Cleaners. In the racing world Brandon has had a lot of success with some great teams over the years!
In his free time Brandon enjoys spending time with family and getting outdoors! Always with a project going on!
Bobby Kennedy Driver GP-35
Bob, 38, works for an electrical contractor. He grew up around boat racing and started driving at the age of 15. He has been racing for 23 years. He has driven in every inboard hydroplane class, winning many titles and championships in multiple classes along the way, driving many boats for his family and friends.
In Bob’s spare time he likes to spend time with his family, playing hydro sim and hunting.
Kyle Hayes Driver S-35
Kyle, 24, works full time as a mortgage analyst and is also a college student working on his Business degree from Davenport University. Kyle has been attending boat races for his entire life but in 2023 decided that he wanted to drive a hydroplane instead of crewing on a hydroplane. Kyle and his brother, Austin, shared the driving responsibilities of the S-35 T.M. Special in 2023 and found that he definitely prefers driving over crewing!! In 2023 Kyle had a couple of Heat wins and a few podium finishes. He is looking to do better in 2024 and will be piloting the brand new S-35 TM Special.
In Kyle’s spare time he enjoys playing soccer and hydro sim. Kyle credits hydro sim for preparing him to drive a boat and to help improve his skills.
Austin Hayes Driver S-35
Austin, 22, works as a Robotic Welding Systems Technician full time, while also attending Oakland Community College, working to earn his welding certification. Austin grew up around boat racing and decided in 2023 that he was going to give driving a hydroplane a shot, after riding in a Jersey Speed Skiff for a couple of years. He shared the driving responsibilities for the S-35 TM Special with his brother Kyle. He won a few heats, had a few podium finishes and was voted the APBA East Coast Rookie of the Year for 2023.
In Austin’s spare time he enjoys hydro sim, hunting and fishing.
